Allan Chavarria

Lynsey Peisinger is a director, choreographer and performer whose work explores the dynamic intersection of art, fashion, theatre and performance. With over a decade of experience in durational and experimental performance, as well as large scale performance projects, she has developed a unique practice that challenges traditional boundaries and invites audiences into transformative experiences.
A graduate of the choreography MFA program at the Dance Conservatory at Purchase College, she is recognized for her inventive and collaborative approach to movement direction and staging. Her work often lives at the intersection of performance and fashion, creating interdisciplinary works that push the limits of what both mediums can be.
As an artist and director, she spent over ten years performing in and directing works with Marina Abramovic and collaborating on many of her pivotal projects and exhibitions. She co-directed the Mile Long Opera with architect Liz Diller that brought together 1000 singers for performances on the High Line in New York City. She has been a guest lecturer in performance for the Rome School of Fine Arts. Other collaborators include Robert Wilson, Antoine Asseraf + The Stimuleye and Collier Schorr.
Her commercial and fashion work includes movement direction for clients such as Hermes, Chloe, Aegean Airlines, Givenchy and Korres among many others. She draws on her eclectic and diverse body of work to produce bold, innovative content that offers impactful perspectives on both art and fashion. She is very enthusiastic about where movement direction is today and how it will grow and impact the content that we see as the industry continues to embrace it as an exciting part of the creative process.
